Nokando in Concert – 23rd November
Our next Nokando concert will be on Wednesday 23rd November, doors open at 7pm, concert starts at 7:30pm. It was a great fun evening last time, so we are excited to welcome the band back again!
Tickets are £5 and are on sale through Stringbrokers Music Shop in the Chantry Centre in Andover, 01264 339898 http://www.stringbrokers.com, or Rev’d Tim has a few if you would rather purchase from him.
Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks available before the show and during the interval.
All proceeds to the church to help us to maintain the ministry of our local church (we don’t receive any Government funding; everything is paid for by the generosity of local people). Thank you!

Harvest Thanksgiving Service
This Sunday 25th September, our All Age Service of Harvest Thanksgiving at 10am is led by the Children’s Church. All welcome – expect joy and thankfulness with a little touch of glorious chaos as we all come together in worship to celebrate God’s goodness.
Ps we will be collecting harvest offerings for donation to the food bank and these can be left in advance in front of the nave alter or brought on Sunday to the service. Thank you!

Harvest Supper Saturday 24th September 7pm
Harvest! We are holding a Harvest Supper on Saturday evening at 7pm in our church hall for all who would like to come and join us. A simple baked potato meal with a choice of toppings, and we will have a guest speaker talking about local farming techniques! No charge, but donations towards church ministry welcome.

At 10am, this Saturday morning:
🧤🧤🧤The churchyard maintenance team will be working to keep the churchyard looking good, so all volunteers welcome for a max 2hrs work with doughnuts afterwards. Bring your gloves and rakes etc. 🧤🧤🧤

Our service this Sunday at 10am is a Holy Communion, especially put together by the Church of England for use at this significant time of National Mourning. All welcome. Children’s Church will be available too.
Special Commemoration Service Marking the Death of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II
Our Special Commemoration Service Marking the Death of Her Late Majesty Queen Elizabeth II will take place tomorrow, Sunday 11th September at 10am. All welcome. Children’s Church will be available.
And later, tomorrow afternoon The Proclamation will be read by the Deputy Lord Lieutenant at 1:15pm at the Town flagpole outside the Memorial Hall, at which Revd Tim will lead prayers. Tea and coffee will be served afterwards for all who wish to join us.

Tolling the bell and prayer at 12noon 9/9/22
Today the church bell will be tolled at 12noon and Rev’d Tim will be in church to lead a simple time of prayer and reflection as we mourn the loss of Her Majesty, Queen Elizabeth II.
This is in addition to our church continuing to be open every day during daylight hours for anyone who wants to take a moment of stillness, and our regular Morning Prayer at 8:30am and Evening Prayer at 4pm which continue every weekday. There will be a special focus on prayers for The Queen, the Royal Family and the new King at these regular services as well.
