St James Remembrance

St James Remembrance

1 March, 2026

Remembrance Day is about more than just wearing a badge; it is about keeping the memory of service and sacrifice alive. The simple, scarlet bloom, handcrafted with dedication, becomes a small but powerful testament to this enduring commitment. Let’s take up our needles and yarn! You will not only be participating in a meaningful craft but also actively continuing a legacy of gratitude and honour, ensuring that the memory of the fallen is woven into the very fabric of our community.

We have the wool, needles and pattens and can help you to get started.  Come along for our Friday coffee morning in St James Church Hall where help is on hand to get you started.  For more information get in touch on the editor’s email or give us a ring on 07889 503132.

We'd love to see you at St James!

Join us for our Sunday Service at 10am, or explore more about what’s happening in our community.
