Next Sunday evening, join us for Darkness To Light, a special candlelit Advent Carol Service at 6pm as we start our journey towards Christmas.

This Sunday we celebrate the third Sunday of Advent with both an outdoor In Person Service in our churchyard at 10am and a radio/fb broadcast at the same time, as ever broadcast from the studio by our friends at Castledown FM!
If you are coming to the churchyard service, please wrap up very warm and come ready to sing! If you are joining our worship from home, you can find a service sheet at this link so you can follow along with the singing at home: https://stjamesludgershall.com/service-sheets/
If you would like to support the ministry of the church financially, more info can be found on our website at https://stjamesludgershall.com/donations/ – thank you!
This Sunday we celebrate the first Sunday of Advent, worshipping together from home, assisted by our friends at Castledown FM who will broadcast our radio service, and bring a simultaneous live version on our Facebook page, all at 10am. We hope you can join us from where you are as we begin this season of waiting for the coming of Jesus.

Our Christmas Card is now making its way to homes in the parish, delivered by our lovely volunteers. It is a little token of the warmth of welcome there is for you here at St James, and at our sister church, Holy Trinity in Tidworth. On it are details of all our Christmas services – see photos below. Please do come! We look forward to seeing you.
Join us at 6pm on Sunday 1st December for a dramatic service which starts in near total darkness and gradually welcomes the Light of Jesus coming into the World, to end with a bright and radiant church. A fitting start to the Advent season, so hope you can come. All welcome.
Join us during the Advent and Christmas for services and events of all sorts : there are carols aplenty – traditional, with bells, with curry, and even down the pubs! Loud and jolly, or quiet and contemplative, you are warmly invited to celebrate the birth of our Saviour, Jesus Christ, at St James.
