St James’ Day
Sunday 25th July – a celebration of St James’ Day
A reminder that this Sunday we are having our special celebration of St James’ Day with a service at 10am in the churchyard led by Bishop Andrew, Bishop of Ramsbury and Rev’d Tim. The service will also include the joyful thanksgiving for, and blessing of, our amazing new stained glass window. It’s going to be a very special day, so our sister church, Holy Trinity, will be worshipping with us and no in person service will happen at Holy Trinity, because we will all be together at St James!
We will be outdoors, so come prepared, folding chairs and picnic blankets welcome! After the service there will be a hog roast lunch, and an open mic, so if you wish to bring along a song, please do. We look forward to fellowship together.
For those who wish to tune in to the radio service, our friends at Castledown FM will be broadcasting our Songs of Praise service, also at 10am.
Please give generously to help with the running costs of ministry in Ludgershall and Tidworth. Thank you. https://pay.collctiv.com/church-ministry-56501

St James’ Day Sunday 25th July 2021
On Sunday 25th July, our morning service at 10am will be led by Bishop Andrew, Bishop of Ramsbury and our own Rev’d Tim, and will not only celebrate St James’ Day but will also include the blessing of ‘The Revealing Glory and Renewing Hope’ stained glass window. After the service there will be refreshments and a time of fellowship together, to enjoy food and good company, all set in our beautiful churchyard. We hope you can join us in celebrating St James’ Day in this special way.
We will also have an open mic during the refreshments, when members of our wider community will share a song or two, singing or playing a musical instrument. If you have a song you would like to share as part of our festivities, please do bring it along. We have a mic and a speaker capable of taking a pickup, if you wish to use them. 😊🎶

Happy Birthday St James!
It’s our Patronal Festival on Sunday 24th July 2016, when we celebrate St James. Come along at 10am for a church-style birthday party. There will be games, there will be Gospel, there will be sharing bread and wine.
