Children’s Church met today to have a Stations of the Cross Service in the churchyard and remember Jesus making His journey from the last supper, to the Garden of Gethsemane, to arrest, and death, until He was laid in the tomb. It was a great time of togetherness for our group as we await Easter Sunday with hope. The Stations remain up and available for everyone to use for another week, and readings and prayers can be found at this link: https://stjamesludgershall.com/2021/03/29/stations-of-the-cross/

Stations Of The Cross
As part of our marking of the events of Holy Week, we have prepared an outdoor contemplative Stations Of The Cross in our Churchyard. It is up now, and will remain available to visit during this week of Holy Week, and next week as we start to celebrate Easter itself. Each station is a simple painted wood shape, and below is a guide with prayers and readings to use and consider at each station and as you make your way between stations. We pray this will be a blessing to you as we journey with Jesus to the Cross and beyond.
