What’s The Story Bible storytelling and activities returns on Thursday morning at 9:30am, outside in the churchyard, for 0-5 year olds plus primary school aged siblings, parents and carers. Please bring a picnic blanket to create a little base for your household/bubble! We look forward to welcoming everyone then.
Advance notice! We are planning to run our What’s The Story sessions during the Easter holidays, on the Thursday 8th and Thursday 15th April, for toddlers and preschool aged children, plus primary school aged siblings and their parents/carers. We will meet at our usual time of 9:30am, but outdoors! We will be using the space in our churchyard for our Bible storytelling, games and activities, and hoping for very fine weather! A warm welcome awaits our What’s The Story regulars as well as new faces!
Our bible storytelling and activity session ‘What’s The Story?’ for 0-5year olds plus parents/carers and older siblings will run every Thursday in August 9:30-11am, meeting in the church. Come and join us as we charge around the place, enjoying stories together and sharing a lot of fun. No need to book, just come along. Sessions include a snack and are free of charge. Hope you can come!
This Easter has seen our What’s The Story? holiday sessions for 0-5 year olds, parents and carers and older siblings having a lot of fun and cramming a lot in! We have searched at the empty tomb for Jesus, run with John and Peter, planted mini Easter gardens to take home, looked at the folded grave clothes and asked the angel where Jesus is now. We have travelled to Emmaus, hopping and jumping along the way, we have met Jesus and heard his wonderful stories, we have made and broken bread and realized that Jesus is Alive! And we have celebrated throughout. We look forward to the next school holidays when the next session will pop up. Thank you to those who came for all that fun! Happy Easter!
